happy New Year guys. Oh yes, hope it's so far so good. Yeah, we are we're kicking off this year with a little bit of a downer topic, but hopefully it will be maybe comforting for some of you who might be going through something similar.

and just kind of what I've been going through lately with with that and I'm

super curious to Delaney if you have any experience with this because we've been doing self-helpless for a long time and I think we've both gone through some ups and downs but I know I personally had never reached a place of feeling like I would maybe benefit from depression

medication until recently so we're gonna talk all about that.

Yeah definitely I think the stuff that I, my experience has I think been pretty situational

where I can always, I can always attribute it to, you know, a certain event or, you know, not liking my job or something something like that where I'm like I think if I make a change or I process this trauma there's you know going to be a happy ending or light at the end of the tunnel but yeah I can share more about that for sure
