The longest Psalm in the Bible is Psalm 119. It has been called the Psalm of the Scriptures because it concentrates on one thing, the amazing sufficiency of God's word for our lives.

It is our prayer that through God's truth, you will find all you need. If you had to boil the Christian life down to one phrase, to one description of what that life looks like, what it's supposed to be at least, I would describe it this way.

It is a life of dependence and obedience. Think of that just a moment.

On one hand, utter faith, utter dependence. We are nothing, God is everything. We need Christ.

We're leaning not to our understanding. We're leaning on the Lord. It is a life of utter dependence.

And on the other side, it is to be a life of complete obedience.

We've come today to this section of Psalm 119 that begins in verse 25 and concludes in

And I've told you already that each one of these sections are consistently emphasizing

the word, but each of them are unique and that they emphasize some great message for us.

When I'm recording these particular studies, I have two things in front of me. I have

today. I hope you have the Word of God in front of you and read the Word of God. There's no book like

God's book. And then I have my journal in front of me. And I'll tell you why. Because this year,

I've been writing the words of Psalm 119 out in my journal. I found that even I write the words

of God, it's calling my attention a certain thing and reminding me of things and connecting things
