Hey everyone, I'm Megan Kelly. Welcome to the Megan Kelly show. Oh my God, we're going

to have a great show. I'm just overwhelmed by the amount of information that's been coming

in to me just in the last few minutes and excited to bring it to you. The RILD that

later in the program, two of our favorites, Adam Corolla and Mark Garagos will be here

together. As you may know, they host a podcast called Reasonable Doubt. And it's super

fun to listen to. And we're going to talk legal issues and more, including the fact that

President Trump is now suing Garagos's old employer sort of obviously has a very successful

law practice, but he was a CNN contributor for a long time. Trump's now suing CNN for

$425 million. We'll talk about why and what we think of the case legally. But we begin

today with my friend Dave Rubin. There is continued follow in Florida, Dave's new home

state. He left California like so many. Now in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian with the

left trying to cover, for Vice President Kamala Harris is absurd and unconstitutional equity

comments about how relief will be distributed in the wake of these tragedies. Meanwhile,

there's some serious drama happening in the state next to Florida as the Georgia Senate

race gets a very big October surprise to them kind of joining me now as the host of

the Rubin report and new father, Dave Rubin. Dave, welcome back to the show. Megan,

it's good to see it's been a couple months. We have not spoken in a while. Then we end

up doing all this publicly instead of privately and I never know what's going to happen.

is nine weeks old. It's really been wonderful. He's a good baby. 85th percentile in height

and weight. So he's going to be a NBA power forward. And baby too is being induced in
