We have been completely silent as Israel is under attack.

The unrest in Jerusalem is prompted,

Senator Marsha Blackburn and many other senators to strike at the heart of the anti-Israel terrorist funding.

In fact, there is now an introduction of a bill, the Hezbollah Money Laundering Prevention Act of 2021,

to try and choke off the financial flow into the terrorist group

that is vowing to eradicate the Jewish state

and that we should all be afraid of.

These are the people that back the attacks on innocent men and women and children,

including attacks on schools that are happening right now in Israel.

I want you to listen to what Marsha Blackburn had to say,

your Senator Blackburn, about this legislation.

And emboldened by some of the actions and statements that have come out of the Biden administration.

So what this would do is clamp down on their ability to have access to the U.S. banking system.

And Eric, as you know, Section 311 of the Patriot Act put basically some guardrails in place.

And what this would do is prohibit individuals that are carrying out activity or entities

that are carrying out activity that would make it more difficult for them.

And that is what we want to do.

We know Iran is the largest state sponsor of terrorism that there is.

We know that these terrorist groups depend on getting money from some of these sources that are not friendly to the U.S.

So we're just trying to make it more difficult for them to have access to those funds.

We're making it difficult for them to launder those dollars.

The United States of America, we're going to stand with Israel.
