Let's say this fund, how much money does the person who is running that fund like

aim to make? Like is there percentages like when I'm a house flipper, own rentals,

Airbnb stuff like that.

Like, usually with flips, we want to make 10% of whatever

the resale value is.

For Airbnb's, we typically want to make minimum $2,000

net profit after all expenses.

For rentals, there's like the 1% rule.

So like when you're talking, so for the average guy who's listening to this,

who hears you say a billion dollar fund,

what do these managers like try to make on that?

Yeah so now every fund's different I'm gonna break it down anyways yeah

it's all comes down to your risk adjust a rate of return for the fund.

Some funds have relatively low risk.

So you have a lower perceived return.

Some have higher returns.

So I'll give you some averages though.

So like an average real estate fund in my opinion is returning 13 to 19 to 20 percent.

So let's just say 13 to 20 percent.

They're making on a full portfolio investments.

Private equity will be 18 to 25.

Venture capital funds are trying to, we trying to be in that same range.
