We are encouraged by the Department of Justice findings today.

However, it is unfortunate that it took the murder of Brianna Taylor and protest after

protests, after protests through 2020 to come to this point.

The US Justice Department accuses the Louisville police of unlawfully discriminating against

the city's black population and using excess of force.

The DOJ probe began after Louisville police fatally shot Brianna Taylor in her own home during

a no-knock raid three years ago.

Then a partake American style.

We go to Jackson, Mississippi, where white Republican state lawmakers want to set up an

unelected super structure to oversee the black majority city.

We'll speak to Jackson Mayor Shokue Lemumba, who has accused state lawmakers of colonizing

Jackson.

Then to Atlanta and the fight to stop cop city.

Twenty-three more protesters have been charged with domestic terrorism.

The reality is that the ones who are engaging in violence are the police and they're from

right here in Atlanta, Georgia.

You got APD, you got Georgia State Police, you got GBI, you got Georgia State Troopers,

you got everybody except the Marta police who are engaging in violence and terrorism against

the people who are standing against this illegal land swap.
