Into my career, so I had a limited schedule like on the, so I just basically did the really big events in the last few years like the WrestleMania's.

Yep. So obviously when I worked all the time, like you stay in shape.

And, you know, you're just in the grind and you're doing it.

But at the end, like they would say, all right, hey, you want to do mania.

Yep.

So I would back out, like, figure, I always needed, like, I always took 16 weeks.

For me, I've always been, I think it's just like my wife says I'm crazy, but it's always

been like for me that I've always wanted to be strong and fight because you get to call

on week's notice and say and say oh can you fight and

there's a couple times i've done short notice fights and so for me i've always wanted to be in a good

to keep good health but now one of the things i've done to answer more to that cater to that question

is that you know everybody talks about sparring right everybody is like sparring sp sparring, and Max Hollway, a good friend of mine, he doesn't

spar anymore.

And for me, at the later stage of my career, I was like, you know what, I'm not going to

spar anymore.

There's no point in sparring and get hit in the head.

And so I would go nine, nine months without sparring until like, they're like, hey, we have a fight for you.

Does this fight, you know, something that you're interested in?

I'm like, yeah, I think so.
