The Delphi murders, they have haunted the true crime world for years.

Two young girls, a grainy video and a conviction.

They were supposed to bring justice.

But the deeper you dig, and you don't have to dig that deep in this case, the messier it gets.

Alternate suspects.

Some dead with beyond shady pasts.

Theories the jury never heard.

And an appeal that could turn the whole case upside down and an injustice happening to the man

that was convicted and accused of the crime that is unfathomably happening right under our noses

here in the United States but we don't care because it's not a pretty blonde girl. It's just a dad in Indiana.

That, you know, average dude, not a lot of sex appeal there.

And, well, he had it coming if he did it.

Well, here's the thing.

I don't think he did.

And I think most people think he didn't.

If you really look at the evidence.

We're going to break all of this down today. And we're going to talk about the latest developments with his appeal process.

And then being transferred to Oklahoma. I mean, this happened in Delphi, Indiana. His family, his attorneys.

They're all in Delphi, Indiana.

It doesn't make it exactly fair or right that he can't see his counsel on a major appeal at this moment in time.
