Della it's past your bedtime go to sleep now mom said and Della looked out of the window

once more hoping to see grandma Bella grandma Bella promised to come visit for the weekend

and Della had looked forward to seeing her all week now it was Friday night and grandma

Bella wasn't here yet maybe she decided to come tomorrow morning her dad suggested

and it made her even sadder all right dad I'll go to bed now good night good night baby

I love you her dad replied and she stood up from the couch and started going to her room

with her mom as they reached the stairs they heard a gentle knock on the door it was very

late in the night but they all knew who it was grandma Bella Della yelled and smiled happily

her dad opened the door and welcomed grandma in she looked tired from the journey from

her town to delas oh grandma I thought you were going to come

Della said and ran to hug her grandma grandma Bella was very fond of Della that was the

reason she got another ticket even though she missed her first train I'm so sorry darling
