Well, thank you so much for having me. It's good to be with you.

And I pray that God will meet us in his power.

Let me pray as we begin.

Father in heaven, thank you so much for these friends who've gathered to hear your word.

Help me to faithfully speak it.

Help me to stay close to the Bible.

Fill me, I pray, with your Holy Spirit

so that what I speak magnifies Christ and grant that these hearts would listen and

understand, grant that the language could get out of the way and we could

go mind to mind and heart to heart. I pray that you would protect us from the evil one who would distort what I say and lead

us in paths that are unhelpful. So guard us from Satan. Make much of yourself, I pray now.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

My topic for this session is delighting in God for the sake of his supreme glory.
