0:42.8	visceral feeling. Okay, so red card for things that we would have jacked. My red card is team bonding.

0:51.4	And hard red. Not even a double yellow.

1:00.8	And if it says team bonding on my calendar, I am upset.
1:02.2	What is it?
1:10.6	You don't know when you see it on your calendar, but it's like basically like someone's telling you, here's where we scheduled for you to feel a certain way. And that's not cool.
1:12.3	I need space to bond on my own terms.
1:15.3	It usually consists of, you know, like bringing in a chef to all learn how to cook or taking you.
1:23.3	That one sounds better than most.
1:24.8	Not when you're really hungry and you haven't had lunch and you have to cook your own lunch.
