If we agree that Horford and Gordon Hayward are terrible contracts, which we all do,

you can't then have it both ways and complain about Aange losing them.

If you're admitting the deal is terrible, then you're admitting you wanted him to sign a

terrible deal. That doesn't make any sense. And it isn't fair. But what happens is, is once you

start going down a road of this is my position, and now I'm going to use every piece of ammunition

I can. And I'm going to change everything so that it fits my argument, which is really what this

whole job is.

You're just being unfair to that point. I mean, look, even the Kyrie trade, they gave up Isaiah Thomas, Jay Crowder, who wasn't even that good when he went there, he's resourged a bit here, Ante Zizich and the eighth pick and Colin Sexton. That was for two years of Kyrie Irving, but Kyrie didn't want to be in Boston. It wasn't going to figure out. And even Aange at the time was hoping to add Anthony Davis to that piece, but Clutch is never going to do Boston any favors whatsoever. So they're like, look, don't, don't train for Anthony Davis, man, because he's not signing. He's not signing in Boston. We're going to put him with this other guy, LeBron, in Los Angeles. So yes, Angel could be better at the drafting part of it. I'm with you, but to just pile it all together and act as this guy

doesn't deserve his job. His vision, his patience, his long-term approach to this, the way he works people over in trades, which is what he's known for. There's more positive than negative there. And I think that's the most fair way to look at it.
