Michigan men's basketball, 21 games do not make a season either. Michigan, a two and a week at the

perfect time. The Wolverines went to Northwestern and then hosted Ohio State and picked up two

pretty convincing victories. And when you talk about a 21 game stretch, not defining your season necessarily,

that might not be the case in every league, but because of the ample opportunities to earn

big time quad one type wins, the Big Ten conference is a spot where a team can really make a late push.

Michigan did it last year.

They have a similar opportunity this time around.

And you hear the cliche all the time.

Our backs are against the wall.

We know we have to play with a sense of urgency, et cetera, et cetera.

I'll tell you, over the last week, it does feel pretty genuine around this program. And in those

types of spots, you go as your leaders go. And entering the season, we all knew that Michigan's

top leader or one of their top leaders would have to be Hunter Dickinson. And this week,

he was dominant. Ohio State had no answers for him inside. Zed Key, who's been a little bit banged up, he struggled in this week. He was dominant. Ohio State had no answers for him inside. Zed Kee, who's been a little

bit banged up, he struggled in this one, and the freshman Felix Akpara, he had no chance.

Dickinson was dominating him throughout. So Dickinson, he's a known commodity. He has to be

good to great for Michigan to reach its potential.

The second leader, the second player who has engineered this tremendous week to get Michigan

right back onto the periphery of the bubble conversation, Kobe Buffkin.
