| 1:02.5 | Now a chakra is a particular region in your body that encompasses your emotional state, your memories, and the ancient yogis |

| 1:38.2 | that has to do with where we harbor our emotions and our memories. So they called it the chakras |

| 2:37.5 | and negative poles of each chakra and it doesn't mean that a negative emotion is bad |
| 2:45.1 | the emotions have more to do with what they seem to do to you emotionally and also physically. |
| 2:57.0 | So when you're really scared, sometimes you may actually feel as though you're going to vomit. |
| 3:04.2 | This is an intense physical reaction to fear but it is common among people. Or for example, |
| 3:13.3 | you feel this heart ache, you feel your heart aches when you're sad or you're grieving |
| 3:21.3 | and your energy is low. So some emotions spiral your energy more downward |
