| 1:04.5 | Think of this as your ultimate sleep maxing tool, moving your body from alert to rest by focusing on pure sensation. |
| 1:19.6 | Bring your awareness now to your feet. Wiggle your toes. Let them go heavy, feel the soles of your feet soften against the sheets, |
| 1:34.3 | and with every breath imagine a warm wave of calm, like summer sunshine flowing through every fibre of your feet. |
| 1:50.0 | With every out breath the wave ebbs and flows, but intensifies. Imagine it now as it flows |
| 1:59.2 | upwards through your ankles and into your calves. |
| 2:03.6 | Feel the bed beneath them. |
| 2:06.6 | But on the next in-breath, ever so carefully, just tense the calf muscle, just enough to say hello to it. |
| 2:16.6 | And then as you breathe out, |

| 2:23.3 | and be mindful of the difference |
| 2:28.3 | between a tensed body and a relaxed body. |
