Hello and welcome back to the data download podcast, a USC baseball podcast presented by USCF Football.com and the Pear Style podcast. I'm your host, Shotkin, Sparling, along with my co-host, Casey Caslinner. Casey, do you have your wardrobe laid out on your bed, ready for the start of college baseball season, like it's the night before the first day of school? Absolutely. I don't know if I'm going to sleep tonight. You know, just out of pure excitement, it feels like Santa's coming in the morning.

So I'm really excited.

I'm going to be at all, you know, three games to start the year.

Probably, I don't know if I'll miss a game this year.

That's how excited I am.

So I'm really hyped for the season.

I really wish the college baseball is still growing.

But it gets to the point where it was like college basketball, probably what,

10 years ago when they would have the midnight game. The first time you could play and then they have 24 hours straight. Like, I'm waiting for that. But yeah, it should be really fun to see teams in action tomorrow. I'll be watching games throughout the day for sure over here in the frozen tundra of New Jersey. but we'll have plenty of games to watch, and I'll be bouncing around throughout the different

segments of the country, checking out who's got what new, who looks good, all those type of

things, and making those big snap judgments on opening day.
