Hello and welcome to or welcome back to trying not to care. If you're new here, my name's Ashley,

and I upload every single Monday and I just sit down and talk with you for a little bit about mental

health, relationships, friendships, navigating life, or like today, I share some of my favorite

things with you. I am feeling so much better. If you listen to last week's episode, you know, I was sick.

I didn't really talk much about what's going on besides the fact that I was deadly sick.

But I've kind of suspected for a while now that I have some type of autoimmune disease.

At first I thought it was celiac, then I thought it was lupus, and then I thought it was Crohn's

because of how often I'm sick. And then I also have this other

reoccurring problem where I get an excessive amount of cancassaurus, like 15 at a time. But I went

and got blood work and it came back and I'm pretty sure I don't have an autoimmune disease because

everything came back negative. But I am extremely low in B12.

I think anything under 300's deficient and I was at 220. So that makes a lot of sense why I haven't

been feeling good. And it could also be why I have all these cancorsors. So I started taking

vitamin B. Hopefully that solves the problem, but moral of the story, I feel

so much better. I also just hope the cancassar situation is resolved for good because I start

Envisaline December 15th. And the idea of having my Envisaline in while also having cancorsors

sounds excruciating and unbearable

and something that I personally don't want to deal with and I don't want to not wear my

invisaline because of canker so stupid. That's just so stupid. But yeah, I'm getting invisibleine.

I used to have braces. Things happened. Teeth shifted. Life goes on. Okay. We're fixing the problem now. I'm on a tight timeline because I get married in August. So from now until then, I'll be wearing Envisaline. And this might be the last time I sound like myself because I imagine that when I'm wearing Envisaline, I'll have some type of Lisp, unless I obviously take it out to record. But yeah, hopefully things are all

figured out. I'm trying to resolve all my issues. I'm trying to get my health in order. I'm trying to

straighten my teeth. And I'm just trying to do good for 2026. But today's episode is another
