Is anybody confused and completely lost about the NFL this week

and trying to keep up with all of the injuries,

trying to keep up with all the COVID situations?

I mean, for what was a very sort of clear-cut 14-week stretch, this week has been

a complete disaster trying to keep up. And I mean, it's been every five minutes the app is going

off with injuries and COVID and more people added to the list. It's a complete disaster.

So we've got games just kind of scattered all over the place.

Everything's moving.

Everything's upside down.

I'll try to make sense of it today as we get going in the market rundown.

Kansas City Chiefs on the road at the L.A. Chargers Thursday night football,

the rematch of the game,

the Chargers won 30 to 24 earlier in September. The Chiefs were out to a four-point favorite.

And then the COVID news hits. Chris Jones will not be active for the game tonight.

Willie Gay will not be active for the game tonight. And then with a non-COVID issue,

Ligerius Sneed will not be on the field either. So three key pieces to the Chiefs defense,

most notably Jones and Gay, who against the Chargers offensive line that struggles as is,

but is going to be without their left tackle due to COVID,

there was an opportunity here for a big matchup advantage for Kansas City up front in the trenches.
