pretty quickly over the past year. So just to kind of give you some insight about a year ago, I was in

the pharmaceutical biotech industry, only had 2,000 followers on Instagram. And now she has like 200,000.

So it just kind of blew up.

I went to nutrition school a couple years ago.

Just like with COVID, I started looking more at food and like a healthier lifestyle.

I was in the arts dance when I grew up, but didn't lift a ton of weights.
