We're here for the post-presidential debate after party, and we're really delighted to have you here.

I'm Tricia Rose, and I'm here with my co-host and dear friend, Dr. Cornell West.

We are delighted to have three special guests over the next hour, but before they come through,

I'm hoping to chat with Dr. West a little bit about this debate.

But actually, let me give you a little bit of a teaser about who's coming, and then we'll have a dialogue.

So we're going to find out what's happening on the ground in Pennsylvania from the Commonwealth Lieutenant Governor

John Federman. He's a Democratic Socialist and early endorser of Bernie Sanders for president.

Then we'll have a cross-generational conversation with the National Press Secretary of Bernie Sanders

2020 campaign, Brianna Joy Gray, along with veteran political strategist, Dr. Ron Daniels.

Unfortunately, Georgia State Senator Nekema Williams, who was scheduled to join us, had a

death in the family, so our condolences go out to her and her family.

We're sorry she can't be here, but we welcome her any time.

And she's set to take John Lewis's seat in Congress, so we will hopefully be able to talk with her then.

But before we bring out these distinguished and politically savvy people, I want to try to decompress a little bit with Dr. West on what just happened?
