For the last three weeks, we've documented the death of a sports town.

There's nothing I could say to that man

that could ever change his mind or his feelings about what he's done. This Thursday brings the

final Major League Baseball game in Oakland, making the A's the third major professional

franchise to leave the city since 2019. This has been our lives and you're pulling it out from under us.

So we just want an explanation why you couldn't make it work.

It's a story of greed, loss, dubious decisions, and the senseless unraveling of a rich sports community.

They basically fucked with the completely wrong group and the wrong fan base.

But today, we turn to the one question we've yet to explore as they face a litany of potential complications and significant financial uncertainty.

Does a move to Las Vegas make any sense at all for the athletics?

Speaking for myself and many other of my colleagues at the A's, it's just disgusting.

I will be very surprised if John Fisher comes out happy from whatever this deal works out to be.
