Hello everyone and welcome back to the Happy Times podcast. I am your host Joey Kidney and today

where I guess we're having a little isolation session. Now the other day I put in my notes

that I wanted to talk about one specific thing and

well let's talk about this isolation thing first. Now there's a lot of like little opinions that you can have on this.

I'm going to take this off. I feel like talking like right into it. I want to feel connected with you guys. Oh good God a break and everything. Oh my goodness. I'm sorry. This is a mess already. We've just started. I haven't done a podcast in a hot minute. I feel like I say that every single damn time. But this

isolation thing is putting me in like a whole new perspective of just everything life itself. Now I find myself like I'm constantly

just trying to not be on my phone and it's it's been like it's been tough because I work from home

anyways so I am trying to stay you know one working two productive but three also staying sane and so I've been trying to

stay off my phone a lot actually my screen time went down as opposed to when you know we

weren't quarantined.

So a little background, not background.

You guys know the world's going to shit right now.

So Ottawa is currently in lockdown.

So the only things that are open are like grocery stores,

pharmacies, and the LCBO, because people know

that if they're gonna get through this,'re going to have to have a drink which I think is really really funny and

With that being said I've never seen so many people out walking in my entire life, which is, it's nice to see,

they're not keeping their distance that much, but I know that they're just walking as like their

families. I know it's not like

you're meeting up with friends but there are still some people meeting up with friends and like

it's just gotten to the point where it's so stupid like yes you want to go and

hang out with your friends and that's great that's
