We got to start your week the right way.

And the only way to do that is with a huge dose of Ari Wasserman and massively scorching takes from Ari.

Don't worry, they're going to get real scorching by the end because we're going to be talking steak.

We're talking to how to cook it, how to eat it, probably how it affects who you are going to hire.

So we have lots to talk about, Ari.

If it were my podcast, Andy, I'd flip it.

I would do food first and then football if there's time.

but no, there will be hot steak discussion as we go forward. But I want to start with a

question I got that was, it was during the Tennessee coaching search. So when you hear it,

it's going to be framed kind of like, oh, Tennessee hasn't hired a coach yet but i think it's a good

universal question because i think it's one of those that there's probably a lot of fan bases

asking this now because they want their particular team to be out of the situation that they're in now

so this is from james and it's conventional wisdom seems to be that Tennessee needs someone with program building experience.

But if we look at recent programs that have broken out of a malaise, do they follow this pattern?
