I hope you had the time of your life and that you got everything that you wanted and you dreamed of and that you imagined. I've been riding my arse off for y'all. I also got the flu, which was not a lot of fun. But this is actually my third recording of the day that I'm doing right now. So I'm trying to catch up and get back into the swing of things. So I don't have any shoutouts today. Please don't think that I have forgotten you. I'm going to catch up on those next episode. I'm going to be rolling them out. But I just wanted to jump into this episode so that it's not late and you get it on time. So this episode, we're going to go to Canada. And I don't think I've even gone to Canada yet at all. Maybe I have. But how are my people in Canada doing? I'm waving to you on the camera right now. But we're going to go to Markham, Ontario, to be exact.

And this is approximately 19 miles northeast of downtown Toronto,

if you're trying to get your grasp of things here,

and where this is taking place.

And this place is kind of neat, too, because it's like a really interesting place culturally.

As far as the people that make up the area, it's very, very diverse.

Normally whenever you think of places, you know, they kind of like hone in into groups of

what types of people are where.

But this one is just very diverse from different backgrounds,

a lot of immigrants. And it's a very quiet area of town. Very nice, these large brick homes

in the specific neighborhood that I'm talking about, well-manacured lawns, and just a very low-crime

area. It's a good place to live. So this was the home of a very

small Vietnamese family known as the Pans. It was mom and dad, brother and sister that made up this

crew. Now, mom and dad were originally from Vietnam. It wasn't like they were born here and they just

have Vietnamese heritage. No, they were born here and they just have Vietnamese heritage.

No, they were born there and they moved here. I believe they were first generation. And so they

were chasing that proverbial American dream, but they were still very firmly rooted in their
