Summary

I think you'll really enjoy this second set from 1982... I don't know exactly what the boys were into (judging from the Raven space there must've been some tanks backstage :) but I find the entire set to be very up tempo and well played. Garcia is in fine form throughout and particularly enjoy the stand alone, bluegrass tinged Franklin's Tower. Estimated is arranged quite uniquely as well, and a strong Terrapin leads into Phil's famous Raven Space.. Post-drums doesn't disappoint either, as a fine Wheel and Truckin' lead into a very soulful Stella Blue - I can never hear that one enough and this is a real tear jerker.. They close with two strong Weir rocker's and come back to cap off the night with a Brokedown encore..

Ah.. to be on tour again in the Spring... at least we can in our minds as we listen to this week's Deadpod..

0:15.0	Famous for the space, the Raven Space that happens during this second set,

0:23.2	It starts out with a really nice feel like a stranger into a
0:25.8	really bluegrass sounding Franklin's Tower.
0:29.9	I always like these stand-alone Franklin's.
0:32.1	And it goes into a real nice estimated, quite a nice middle
0:38.0	jam in this that you'll really enjoy. Jerry really takes control.

0:42.7	Goes into estimated profit reprise.
0:45.1	In a sense, then a beautiful Terrapin station follows,
0:48.3	then drums, then the infamous Raven space.
0:52.4	You'll hear some really interesting Phil Lesh during this.
0:57.0	Phil really gets off on this one and it's quite interesting.
1:00.0	I won't spoil it if you haven't heard it before. They go then into a more normal space, back into the wheel. Truck and Jerry does a beautiful Stella Blue that follows.
1:10.0	Then Weir wraps it up with two great rockers round and around in good loving the boys close it out with a nice broke down palace
