Summary

Regan Wheeler was the last person anyone would expect to be gunned down in his driveway, executed at point blank range. His passions were supporting his family, caring for his elderly mother, and ministering to society’s outcasts as a volunteer prison chaplain. Whenever I think of the night that my mom and I have found my dad, I just think of it as
