So describe a typical day for me.

So like when do you eat your first meal and when do you eat your last meal?

And what do you typically eat when you eat?

So I am, as I mentioned, I work from home.

So I have flexibility, but I find that I still need a schedule for myself.

So I wake up every morning at 5.30 and go to the gym at 6.

I usually don't eat.

I almost never eat anything before.

Sometimes I'll do a pre-workout, but I'm not really.
