I think there are moments where we all experience what you would probably call a mountaintop experience.

You know, those moments where you're in a particular place or there's like a mission trip or a retreat or a time of prayer where you've had a powerful

experience with God and you know you were in his presence. And then there's these other times in

our life that we commonly call the valley where it just feels like you're more distant from God.
