Welcome to Day 22. Welcome back.

Now that we've experienced this miraculous transformation over the past three weeks,

I want to guide you in a visualization meditation dedicated to transforming the energy of our planet

by sharing our loving, peaceful presence with our global community.

Happiness and oneness help form the core of abundance.

If we create a vision of the world we want to be in, a place of

love, happiness and prosperity for all, and hold it in our hearts, then so it will be.

Now let's begin.

Please find a comfortable position, placing your hands gently in your lap and closing your eyes.

In this moment, go within, to that place of inner quiet where we experience a connection to the higher self.

Let go of all thoughts and begin to observe the inflow and outflow of your breath.

With each inhalation and exhalation, allow yourself to become more relaxed. Begin to imagine a light emanating from the core of our planet.

We are all gathered around it holding hands.

This glowing light, which the Earth reflects before us,

is the same spirit and source of all abundance that flows through each person on the planet.

This is the essence of our expression.
