Summary

In our second session, we turn our gaze inward to the vast, quiet landscape of the soul. Often, we search for completion in the world around us—in our achievements, our possessions, or the approval of others. Gyana Yoga invites us to flip the script. Today is about recognizing that you are not a vessel to be filled, but a fountain that is already overflowing.

As you settle into your practice, feel the weight of your body supported by the earth. Let the breath move through you like a gentle tide, clearing away the dust of external expectations. We are practicing the art of Atma-Bodha, or self-knowledge, discovering that the peace, strength, and clarity you seek aren't destinations to reach—they are the very fabric of your being.

This is day 2 of a 7-day meditation series, "Let Go of Self-Limiting Thoughts," episodes 2791-2797.

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE -  INNER WISDOM QUEST

At the end of each day, reflect on three of your best qualities. Honor your qualities with gratitude.
