1:21.5	Our artist, Raphaelosancio da Urbino, known as Raphael, was born in the year 1483, and he died in the year 1520.
1:31.3	He was an Italian painter and architect, celebrated as one of the greatest masters of the high Renaissance.
1:38.3	Raphael was born in Urbino, but he would later work in Florence before moving to Rome in the year 1508 when he was about 25 years old,
1:50.4	and it's there that he received the major commissions from Pope Julius II.
1:55.2	His works are admired for their clarity, ease of composition, and depiction of human grandeur.
2:01.2	Tragically, Raphael died at the age of 37, but he left behind a prolific legacy
