| 0:31.0 | They could probably answer a lot of your questions. Also, we started at day one on January 1st. |
| 0:36.1 | So lots of lessons out there for you. We are now 130 days in, but we did this last year as well. So if you're trying to get ahead, you can always go back and watch last year's videos or if you feel like you want to get a little bit of the New Testament. Those are in our 2023 playlist. And if you are part of the hard dive fam, if you've been here for a little bit, if you could please hit that roll call button, that thumbs up, let us know that you are here with us, ready to get into God's Word. And if you haven't joined us in conversation after the videos, please do so. Join us in our Facebook group. We've got weekly groups that are meeting online, wonderful leaders over there who are helping to encourage everybody. And they're having discussions about the heart checks and about the reading from the week prior. So hopefully you all are connected in a group in some way, shape, or form. It doesn't need to be here at heart dive, but we definitely want you to be in fellowship. So before we get into it, let's go ahead and pray and prepare our heart so we can fill up our cups a little bit this morning. Heavenly Father, we thank you so much. And I know I just said morning, Lord, for some people, it's nighttime. And so I just pray wherever we're at, whatever time of day it is, God, that you will be there with us in our midst, that you will meet everybody in their room right now. Let them know that your presence is dwelling within, not just in their spirits, in their hearts, God, but all |
| 1:44.6 | around, in their room. Fill every corner. I just pray, Lord, that this time with you will be one |
| 1:49.6 | that is sacred and uninterrupted. If there's any distractions trying to get us away from this reading |
| 1:55.4 | today, Lord, I pray that you'll silence them, silence the notification, all the dings and all the |
| 1:59.9 | bells, so that we can just |
| 2:01.0 | fully concentrate on you today. I pray that you will clear out any junk that might be in our |
| 2:05.6 | ears that is keeping us from being able to hear your voice. Will you let the scales that might be |
| 2:10.3 | on our eyes fall off in this moment so we can see you clearly? I pray, Holy Spirit, that you will |
| 2:15.5 | get us out of the way, that we will move, Lord, so that you can then come and fill every space that we have been trying to fill in on our own will. |
| 2:23.8 | We make room for you today to do what only you can do. |
| 2:27.2 | Please forgive us of our sins, Lord. |
| 2:28.8 | If there's anything that we are not aware of, please bring it to our minds today so that we can be changed from glory to glory. Help us also |
| 2:35.7 | to forgive others, and please do not lead us into temptation. For yours is the kingdom and power and |
| 2:40.2 | glory forever. In Jesus' name, amen. So we are starting off in Psalm 50 and take a look at this |
| 2:46.4 | adorable little bookmark. I opened up a bunch of gifts yesterday. Finally, some of them from Christmas, |
| 2:52.2 | I'm ashamed to say, but there will be a video of Happy Mail unboxing coming at you, but this one from Michelle. So thank you, Michelle, for that. And a different Michelle who gave me this adorable little pen. Look at that. It's a little twist and has a heart. So cute, writes really good, but I kept the red tip so it can be our pointer today. So starting off here in Psalm 50, a wisdom psalm by Asaph, and this is the first of the 12 Psalms that Asaph wrote. Of course, he was one of the main musicians in David's time. Verse one, the mighty one, God, the Lord. So notice he is using three different names of God here, the mighty one or Almighty. He uses God, |
