So the theme for this week by request is rekindling your purpose in life.

There's so much change in the world these days and change is ongoing regardless of what's

happening in the world.

So as you get ready to settle yourself into a brand new meditation series, I invite you

So your challenge is to live your purpose to every day connect to your purpose and if

you're not sure what your purpose is these days, consider what gives your life meaning.

Every day before you go to bed, reflect on your life's purpose and as you do so, reflect

on not only if you are feeling fulfilled and more joyful, but reflect on is your life's

purpose helping others in some way or helping the world around you.

And we stop making it about ourselves.

And this is a trap that many self-help programs and books often resort to an extreme focus

on yourself specifically when really it's about us, how we interact with the world around
