0:11.8	Well, today we are in Exodus chapter 30 through 32, where we come across one of the more
0:17.1	well-known incidents in the Old Testament, which is the creation of the golden
0:22.1	calf. Today we are reading from the ESV translation by Crossway. And if you could please help us out

0:42.5	on the map. Well, let's not waste any time and jump into the word, but first let's pray. Heavenly Father,
0:47.6	thank you so much for this day. Thank you for the breath in our lungs. Thank you for the ability
0:52.2	to be able to worship freely, to have the opportunity,
0:55.0	to have our hands be able to get onto your word and our eyes and our ears, to be able to see
1:01.0	and to hear your voice through it. And so I pray that that's exactly what will happen today
1:04.9	as we get to know you a little bit more today, Lord. I pray that you will reveal the layers.
1:10.1	Will you pull back some of the things that maybe were covered before and help us to be able to see that? But I pray, Holy Spirit, that you will minister to our hearts individually. You know exactly what each one of us needs. And so I pray that your word will fulfill that today. I pray that it washes us today, God, and forgive us of our sins. We know, Lord, that it is by the blood of Jesus that we are not only forgiven, but also saved. And that is a beautiful gift of grace that you have given to us. And I just pray that we never take that for granted. And also, Lord, help us to forgive others, because if you're going to dole out forgiveness to us, we also need to be able to be that
1:44.2	example to be the Jesus that a lot of people may not ever see in their lifetime. So we thank you
1:49.2	for that honor and this opportunity. We love you so much and we pray these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
