0:03.6	Welcome to the Heart Dive podcast.
0:12.2	I'm back, still in mom's sport mode.
0:14.4	I did take my jacket off because last week somebody was like,
0:16.7	I really like it whenever you change your clothes
0:18.4	so that I don't think that we're still on the same day.
0:20.4	So a wardrobe change is the last thing I'm thinking about, but thankfully I had layers so we can do that. Hey, today we are in Exodus chapters 16 through 18. Still lots of ground to cover. So I hope nobody is skipping out on our Saturday and Sunday lessons. If you are with us in real time, thank you for your patience today. So we are going to jump into this rather quickly.

0:48.8	Heavenly Father, thank you so much for this weekend, for this day, for this time that we were able to refresh, restore,
0:55.3	to find rest. And I just pray, God, that you will reinvigorate our spirits right now. We pray
1:00.3	for your presence to be evident here in our space. God, I pray that you will surround every single
1:06.3	person with such a tangible presence that we will know that you're with us. I pray for peace. I pray for joy.
1:13.0	And I pray that any place that there is any bitterness or anger or unforgiveness, Holy Spirit,
1:18.1	that you will cast it out now in the name of Jesus. Help us to breathe in all of who you are
1:23.3	and exhale all of the junk of life. We don't want any of it, God.
1:27.7	We just want what you want for us.
1:29.8	For we know that it is in your hands where the best of who we are will come from.
1:34.8	Forgive us, Lord, for our sins.
1:36.2	Forgive us where we have fallen short or stepped over the line or where we have hurt anybody
1:39.8	else or even grieved your heart.
