0:03.9	podcast. Welcome back to Bible study friends. Today we are in Genesis chapter 27 through 29,
0:16.4	reading from the ESV by Crossway Translation. If you could just hit a roll call button real quick,
0:21.0	and then we'll jump on into that. Of course, as always, we like to begin with prayer to prepare
0:25.9	our hearts and to invite the Lord to be with us here, which, you know, you can never have enough
0:31.2	Jesus in your space. So let's go ahead and pray. Heavenly Father, we need you. We love you. We honor
0:36.6	you. We praise you. We worship you. You are deserving
0:39.8	of all of it, God. Thank you so much for this time to be in your word, to be in your presence.
0:45.0	We know that this is what you desire, to have relationship with us, to have fellowship.
0:49.1	And so we devote this time to you, and we just ask, Lord, that it will be distraction-free and that you
0:55.0	will speak to our hearts.
0:56.1	We want to be able to hear your voice, to hear that sweet, small voice, that whisper.
1:01.1	And so I just pray that everything else will be silenced in this moment, God.
1:04.9	Help us to hear you above all other voices.
1:07.6	We know the enemy will sit here and perch on our shoulders and try to whisper lies and
1:11.6	doubts and fears, but that is not of you. And so anytime we feel that way, God, help us to take
1:17.4	captive our thoughts, make them obedient to you. And we just ask that you will help us to be able
1:23.3	to focus on eternity, to focus on heaven, to focus on you, your heartbeat that was whispered
1:29.4	throughout all of Scripture.
1:31.1	You breathed upon it.
1:32.7	And so I pray that you will allow that breath to enter into our hearts today, to take root.
1:37.7	Thank you so much, that you so love us, no matter what.
