We've certified coaches for seven years.

And some people look at how we work with people and they go, I don't want anything to do with that as far as going into the emotions and things.

Some coaches, like, especially in the fitness industry, we do some large podcasts in the fitness industry and and workshops and crossfit gyms

and things and some coaches see this and they're like nope not for me uh i just want to help people

with their physical movements and i say and i'm sincere when i say it i understand i completely

understand some people see this work and they're like i do want to work with people in that way. And I say the exact same thing in the exact same way. I completely understand. It's what we're attracted to. Attraction's not a choice. That's something that I firmly believe. Attraction is not a choice. It's a gift.

Good luck talking yourself into being attracted to someone.

Good luck talking yourself out of being attracted to someone. Good luck talking yourself being, talk yourself into being interested in something and vice versa.

If it's there, it's a gift.

And because some people like some people, they're attracted to acupuncture.

That's the way that they want to work with people.

Some people want to do family constellate.

I mean, there's so many different things, right?

And for me, I like going into stories with people and helping them get these stories out of their head and unlock the

breath and see what happens. The lifted definition of mindset is the story that you tell

yourself and that story is made of words and it's made
