So his first supplement is Resveritral, which he takes 500 milligrams per day with yogurt upon waking, or half a gram is the other unit of measurement.

In addition to that, he takes one gram of nicotinamide mononucleotide, NMN.

And a common misconception is that NMN is the same as NR.

I think a lot of people who actually know the two know there's a difference between their mechanism of action to some extent and the molecule size
