question is how did you get involved in real estate all right well it was 2016

and I read rich dad poor dad and I was playing the cash flow game that goes along with

that yeah and I had this full-time, but I was interested in planning for retirement,

and I didn't feel like the stock market or traditional financial advisor approach was enough control

for me. Like I wanted to be a little bit more hands-on and be able to control that investment a

little bit. So I was looking for a rental property. And in that cash flow game, you've got to like use your income and then save it up and get out of

the rat race. So you can move on to like the bigger circle where then you can make more investments.

And so I was looking for a cash flow and rental. Just couldn't find one on the MLS. I live in

Indianapolis. So a great city for rentals.
