He is a retired United States Navy SEAL and former United States Air Force Tactical Air Control Party member who served in the Iraq War. He is the former world record holder for the most pull-ups done in 24 hours. His self-help memoir, Can’t Hurt Me, was released in 2018.
Dorian Yates is an English former professional bodybuilder. He won the Mr. Olympia title six consecutive times from 1992 to 1997. He has the fifth-highest number of Mr. Olympia awards of all time. He is widely considered to be one of the top bodybuilders in modern history.
Edward Hall is an English former professional strongman, notable for winning the World’s Strongest Man 2017 competition and for being the world record deadlift holder, lifting 500 kg (1,102 lb; 79 st) under strongman rules, which he achieved in 2016.
Ross Edgley is a British extreme athlete, sports scientist and writer, adventurer and fitness trainer. A leading expert and writer on mental fortitude, physical resilience and work capacity, in 2018 he published “The World’s Fittest Book”, and became the first person in history to swim all the way around Great Britain, completing it in 157 days.
