Our cases this week are all about parents who have been

killed by their children according to police. A mother and an adored school

teacher is killed, say, police by her adult son.

Her husband, the father of the accused killer, says that their son suffers from mental illness.

The young man has been arrested, the husband has lost his wife, and it appears at the hands of his own son.

What would justice look like in this case? But first, a furious daughter. She was upset because her father had cut her out of the will and she was equally

mad because he was selling the family beach house and wouldn't let his daughter, a real estate

agent, get the listing and the big commission on that

million dollar property.

She's been convicted of murder, though insist that it wasn't her.

But how then do you explain away one huge piece of evidence?
