I'm the head of technology in Australia for ThoughtWorks.

So I kind of look after the technical quality and the technology that we're delivering on our projects there.

I try to make sure that technology is at the core of everything that we do.

It's our strongest, it's our greatest strength and it's our competitive advantage

and we want to make it as good as we can.

So I'm Evan Botcher, as you said.

I work out of Melbourne in Australia.

I'm a technical principal, which means I work with our customers around everything from team building to technical practices to architecture.

So that's me.

So part of my job is consulting, just like Evan, is consulting kind of at the strategic level,

at the technology strategy level.

We talk to a lot of enterprise architects, CTOs, engineering directors, and so on.

And I've noticed a common theme recently as I've been talking to these people.

I know that a lot of our customers are traditional businesses that are trying to make the transition

to a digital business.

And by a digital business, I mean something that is purely digital that couldn't exist without the digital channel.
