My guest today is Dan Schneider, who you may know as the pharmacist if you've been following the trending documentary on Netflix.

Dan has touched my heart the minute I started to watch the documentary because we share a painful, but I would say impactful and successful story. We both lost our sons he lost Danny the wonderful

wonderful child that he had at age 22 I lost Ali at age 22 and we somehow found a way to spark that into a mission.

Dan is going to tell us about the tunnel of hope and you may have heard of my approach

to 1 billion happy.

And there might be so much good that came out of such loss but

there has also been so much pain and to share that with Dan as my friend is something that I think is really, really useful for so many of us that go through tough times through life.

Dan, I cannot thank you enough for being here.

As we were just talking, I wanted you to be my friend even before we met,

because there is so much similarity between us.

And I think you're my hero, to be be honest in so many ways I've learned so much

from watching your story and I I wanted to start with perhaps the most difficult but

also somehow important question.

Tell me about Danny.

My son was the joy of our life.

He was our first born and blonde hair, blue eyes,

although beauty is only skin deep,

but he was a good-looking kid better than his dad.
