So you confirmed your release. It came on Tuesday. I think you made the request

while you've been making the request for the last week or two. You do an

interview with Submission Radio. And if I'm not mistaken one day later, your

letter shows up. Yeah, quite a timeline. What do you make of that?

Well, I mean, you know, it's just nice. It's been resolved so quickly. I think

I think sometimes the best thing to do is to speak out publicly and it just

kind of brings attention to a situation. But you know, I mean, the thing is the

US they've got so many things going on. Like, it's easy for them to just kind

of tune me out and just just kind of get on there in the background asking for

asking for my release. And that's just kind of what it felt like. He's felt

like that since my job with the US, he's come to an end to like to get a hold

of anybody and get any kind of, you know, any kind of responses proven very

challenging. So I saw Diego's release letter a couple about a week ago. So

congratulations on an incredible career that has spanned over 16 years and 32

bouts with UFC. Your dedication to the sport of mixed martial arts and the

organization is greatly appreciated. As one of the early stars of MMA, you

helped shape the sport into what it is today. We wish you the best of luck in
