0:00.0	All right, this week we have a gem of a guess. We got Mr. Dan breezy in the booze. So we are really,
0:17.9	really excited to share this one. It's one of my favorite episodes you've ever done, but...
0:21.3	Yes. Dan, if you guys are unfamiliar, he basically pushed the envelopes to street snowboarding.
0:26.2	You know, we're talking building roof gaps. He's flying off of three story buildings. He's
0:31.1	doing all kinds of crazy stuff in the streets. He's one real snowmattles. And Easton actually
0:35.8	shot a lot of the photos while he did all this psycho stuff, huh? I did. It was pretty intense,
0:40.8	man. This guy definitely took it to the next level and beyond. I mean, it's the only time in the
0:46.3	streets where you were thinking, man, someone could die out here today. And I'll tell you what, we had
0:50.7	the key to the city once up in Michigan and we were able to jump and get on any building
0:55.6	and permission to do anything in the city, but we got in so much trouble. Cutting cotton
0:59.6	the roofs that the mayor called up, Dan, and kicked us out of town. You guys got the boot.
1:03.6	We got the boot. It's like old cowboy days. You've always better pack up and leave now.
1:08.5	Unreal. So, one last thing about this episode that I think's really fascinating. Dan has been
1:14.2	massively successful since snowboarding. He's gone on to start his own kind of real estate
1:19.3	investment company. And he's got some great actionable advice for anybody that's kind of
1:24.8	looking to invest or anything like that. I found it really, really insightful. And Dan's just
