A series of fraud investigations, revelations, and scandals is ravaging Democrat officials

around the country. Representative Eric Swalwell has allegedly committed mortgage fraud,

according to several documents which have been released via an investigation done by NBC News,

as well as the Gateway Pundit. Federal housing regulator

Bill Pulte referred Democrat Representative Eric Swalwell to the Justice Department for criminal

prosecution after several documents showed that the Democrat congressman, which represents a district

in California, therefore requiring his primary residence to be in California,

didn't in fact own any property, as his website stated in Livermore, California,

but instead listed a primary address in Washington, D.C., and listed that primary address in

order to secure a lower loan rate, as well as a refinancing a couple of years later.

According to a public deed of trust for Swalwell's D.C. home on South Street Northeast dated April 18, 2022,

the property is designated as his principal residence as a condition of the loan. Pulte is alleging

that Swalwell not only made misleading statements during the purchase of the property, but

also in refinancing a couple of years later. The FHFA's Inspector General is also investigating

Swalwell's alleged mortgage fraud. Swalwell's office released a statement saying, quote,
