Good morning in the news this morning.

A storm has been blasting its way across the nation,

producing everything from blizzard conditions in the Dakota

to tornadoes in Texas.

And today it's our turn to you know what the storm is expected

to bring heavy rain, a wintery mix and gusty winds to our area,

even accumulating snowfall in some counties that in a winter storm watch

has been issued for carbon and Monroe counties Thursday morning

through Friday morning for snow and ice.

Percipitation will likely arrive in time for the morning commute.

So right around now and this is to the south and then likely by 8 a.m.

in the city temperatures are near freezing.

So there is a concern about freezing rain and slippery conditions

across the entire area this morning.

They bombed our parking lot to just see all the stuff they put down.
