I think it's a little more personal. It's a little more, the access is a little less sterile

than a hotel room. I've rented homes. I mean, it rises, yeah, and with zero issues, but

I know that sometimes there are. My wife has done it. And as I actually, when they went

to Yellowstone, they did an Airbnb. I was skeptical of what you're going to, I just

don't like people to record me taking a dump. That's my thing. We recently did one in March

for a Bachelor party and it ended up being great. That was beautiful. It was in a location

that when we got there, we were like, Oh, no, what do we do? Right. We walked in and it

was perfectly fine. And it was close to what we were doing. So and you felt comfortable

with all, I mean, because I think you're like me and you're what's I mean, I'm always skeptical.

I didn't plan it. Somebody else did. I was just going, right. But it ended up working out

really nice. All right. Well, Airbnb, apparently Steve's having this article has a secretive

team to keep disaster stays out of the press. And they will give blank checks to help people

like rape victims. Oh, dear God. And pay to clean up dismembered human remains.

Oh, my God. This is right. No, they have a massive slush fund to keep this stuff out of the press.

Now, I don't know how many of these incidents have taken place. I doubt it's like, you know,

the norm, but the short term property rental company has spent an estimated $50 million

every year on payouts to hosts and guests when things go wrong. As according to a Bloomberg

business week reports, which interviewed several former members of the secretive safety team
