Today is Wednesday 21st day of June 1st day of summer good morning Kathy.

Good morning in the news this morning the US Coast Guard says a Canadian aircraft

detected underwater noises during the search for a submersible that vanished

while taking five people down to the wreck of the Titanic.

As a result of the noises being detected by the Canadian P3 aircraft search efforts

have been relocated.

Those searches have not found anything but they are continuing.

Rescueers have been racing against the clock because even under the best of circumstances

the vessel could run out of oxygen by Thursday morning.

The thing about it as well Kathy this submersible is that they're bolted in.

So even if it was to surface and they didn't know where they were they could still suffocate

because they can't get out right.

Yeah and they can't they have to be depressurized and all this stuff.

Just pull them out.

You can't just pull them out.

These underwater rescue things are extremely complicated and step one is just finding

them and then there's several other steps after that.
