Hi, this Thursday is the first day of June. Good morning, Kathy.

Good morning and the news this morning, a small plane carrying two people

crashed into a utility vehicle driving on the Pennsylvania Turnpike off ramp at about

2.35 in the afternoon on Wednesday. According to the Federal Aviation

Administration, two people were on board. The single engine says no 180 when it

crashed on the Turnpike South of the capital city airport.

One of the plane's passengers was taken to the hospital by helicopter and a second was transported

to the hospital by ambulance. The extent of their injuries are not known at this time.

It is part of the investigation. The truck driver was not injured.

The circumstances leading up to the crash are still being investigated and a

hazmat team was called but no fire or explosion was reported.

A preliminary FAA report could be released as soon as today,

according to Penn.all entrances and exit ramps at the Harrisburg West

interchange were closed for an extended period. However, the main line of the

Turnpike remained open. When you come to an intersection and there's a plane

across what gets the right away. It depends on who arrived at the

stop. By the way, the person that was taken to the hospital in a helicopter,

you think they might have gone, no drive please. I just had a bad experience.
